Return policy ROOZ Amsterdam
We strive to make you happy with products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase; All the products purchased at www.rooz.amsterdam can be returned within 14 days after delivery with our return form. After two weeks, the return period has expired and we will no longer accept your return. SALE products may also be returned. If the returned product is damaged, used, incomplete or not received in the original packaging, we are not obligated to accept the products.
In order to successfully complete the return process, we ask you to fill out the return form, and send it to us together with the product. Did you not receive a return form with your order? Please send an e-mail to info@rooz.amsterdam, you will receive the return form by e-mail. The costs of the return shipment are in all cases at your expense. The return address can be found on the return form, which must be clearly visible on the box.
Please note: it is your responsibility that the returned item is delivered to us in good order. Please keep the shipping confirmation with Track & Trace number until your return has been processed.
From the moment we have received your return, it may take up to 8 days before you receive the replacement product (if stocked). We kindly ask you to contact us if you have not received a replacement product after 8 days. You can contact us by sending an email to info@rooz.amsterdam.
Refund
From the moment we have received your return, it may take up to 14 days for you to receive the money back from the product. Shipping cost of the order will not be refunded.
